Our postage charge varies according to how much you spend. We only charge the exact amount it costs to send the items and we never profit from postage fees. We charge postage fees to keep our prices as competitive as possible.

We use resealable grip lock seal bags that are the most cost effective option for our products and we use partially recycled paper envelopes to post them in. We keep the packaging simple to keep costs down. Our resealable packaging gives you the option of keeping the product in our pouches or transferring them to jars of your own.

If you order before 2pm, we will get it out that same day. Usually you should get your order in 2-3 working days.

Of course! It will slightly increase the postage cost, but if you're happy to pay it we can certainly arrange this. Just message us before you checkout.

Unfortunately we do not offer this service.

We offer popular sizes of products - usually 100g, 200g, 450g, and 950g. We can most definitely offer larger quantities of most products. Just get in touch for a quote.

As we sell food items we cannot accept products back unless they are faulty. Your statutory rights are not affected by this policy. If you have any issues please contact us and we will try our level best to keep you happy.
