Bee Pollen is collected by bees and transported back to the hives for food. A proportion of the pollen collected by the bees is gathered in ‘brushes’ as the bees enter the hive. This method ensures sufficient quantities of the pollen remains for the bees to sustain the hive. Once collected it is delicately dried to preserve most of its nutritional contents.
