1. Put cold water into a mixing bowl
2. Add the Potato flakes and mix at a slow speed
3. Stand for two to three minutes to allow the Potato Flakes to fully absorb water
4. Mix for one to two minutes until the Potato crumbles and falls away cleanly from the sides of the bowl
