Milk thistle tea

Native to the Mediterranean, this biennial herb can also be found growing throughout Europe and has settled itself into Californian and Australian landscapes.
Full of the same flavour as the seeds, milk thistle herbs can be used to make a relaxing and tasty tea. Simply pour hot water over a few tea spoons of herbs and let it brew for three to four minutes, or longer to taste. You can also mix with other leaves for a unique herbal experience.
