Our piri piri spice is fiery blend of garlic, salt, chilli, onion, basil and cayenne pepper, a little goes a long way and can be used to add spicy heat to meat, poultry and fish dishes. This hot, fiery blend of spices can also be used in a variety of ways. You can add it to olive oil and drizzle on the top of dish prior to cooking, or use it to fire up your dishes as a dry rub or wet marinade, adding flavour to poultry, fish, meat and vegetables. How about a spicy Piri Piri burger? Add our Piri Piri spice to your minced chicken, turkey, beef or pork with a little chopped onion and enjoy! Alternatively you can mix it into salad dressings or low fat yogurt to make marinades, dips or toppings for your baked potatoes and salads A word of warning, a little goes a long way, so use it sparingly!
