Psyllium husks are the dried seeds of the psyllium plant, native to India - though it is now cultivated in several parts of Europe as well. Popular as dietary supplements, the husks are a rich source of fibre and as such are taken to relieve constipation, irritable bowel syndrome, and diarrhoea. Recent research suggests that psyllium husks may also lower cholesterol. Our husks are sourced ethically from only the very best growers worldwide.
